Rev. Canon Baalwa is tasked with fostering and upholding our church's culture by actively leading in our ever-expanding community. As our vicar, he is vital to the spiritual life at St. Stephen Kisugu Church.

Rev Moses Isabirye, as Assistant Vicar, is in charge of overseeing all church programs. He also leads our outreach program in Kanyogoga.

A passionate speaker and an inspirational spiritual guide, Rev. David plays a vital part in our church. He is especially attuned to connecting with youth and new members, helping them find their place in our congregation.

Since joining the church, Rev. Milly has been an inspiration to our community. She contributes a wealth of knowledge and energy to the church and all of our activities.
